I would like to know what brainstorming tool in SEO for keywords research?
Google keyword tool is awesome. Keep in mind it will give you returns on content as well as searches. Meaning the numbers are always higher than what they are and they run across all the Google partners.
If you want a simple but accurate numbers (daily numbers not monthly) I recommend word tracker.

There are two answers for this question. You need a google adwords account for both. On adwords click the campaign management tab, then tools, then Search-based Keyword Tool. Here you can find estimates as Google never releases info.
If you want the best possible info, place one ad on adwords with a low bid as to not pay a ton for the experiment. Make a relevant ad and include all of your possible keyword combinations. Make sure you are not displaying on the google content network as it will skew the results. Wait a day or two and see the total impressions made by each key word combination. You will know what to go after.
Be sure to include singular and plural versions of your key words as they search and rank differently
